Hi, I’m Asha!

I'm a transformational leadership coach who supports high-achievers and big dreamers — founders, executives, creatives, lawyers, and finance professionals — to expand their capacity to hear their inner wisdom and design lives that are better aligned and more impactful. 
In addition to training as an Integral Coach, I bring over a decade of leadership experience at the intersection of innovation, impact, and strategy.  Most recently, I served as Managing Director of Tin Shed Ventures, Patagonia's venture capital arm. While there, I also led corporate development, including owning M&A activities and scaling our emerging Worn Wear resale business. And prior to Patagonia, I held executive roles across corporate law, venture capital, and early-stage climate startups. 
Having made bold transitions in my own career — from lawyer to investor to operator — I bring lived experience on how to leverage the strengths from one domain to the next. I also deeply understand the pressure of high -performance environments and up-leveling amidst direct and cross-functional management challenges. Together, we can address how to use your current reality as a springboard to the life you most deeply desire.

My Approach

It all begins with deep listening. Deep listening to your inner wisdom and the wild dreams that continue to visit you.
My goal is to help you identify the barriers to accessing your inner wisdom and enhance your self trust to realize your wildest dreams. Once you restore your capacity to listen to your intuition, you'll naturally make decisions from a place of strength not fear, and from alignment with your core values. From there you can redesign a holistic life for your greatest impact and fulfillment. 
In addition to relationship to self, I draw on relationship to the natural world — my greatest teacher — in my coaching containers. This approach is not just philosophical — it’s lived. It's in wild spaces across the world that I've been able to slow down and chart a path that is uniquely my own, and I can't wait to support you as you navigate your own inner and outer terrain.
